Description
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and Yorkshire (the Contracting Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Primary Care Services (including Substance Misuse) and Mental Health Services (including Learning Disabilities and Autism) for West Yorkshire HMP's (Majesty's Prison Service). The West Yorkshire HMP's covered; HMP Leeds HMP Wealstun HMP Wakefield There will be 2 lots for this competition: • Primary Care Services (including Substance Misuse) at West Yorkshire HMP's • Mental Health Services (including Learning Disabilities and Autism) for West Yorkshire HMP's This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
