Rochdale Borough Council are looking to establish a framework agreement for their in-house service support. At this stage we're currently seeking Requests for Information, please review the RFI document before populating and returning. Rochdale Borough Council in house Highways service currently provides all the reactive highways and drainage works in the Rochdale area. The in house delivery teams are also delivering some capital projects, to facilitate the expansion of these projects the service requires increased specialist plant and labour, vehicles, equipment and traffic management support.
