GB-London: 001950 Higher Education and Science Event Management 2022-23

Description

The British Library is seeking suppliers for Higher Education and Science Event Management 2022-23 The provider would be expected to: -Provide events management for Masterclass, Judging and Awards evening. -The British Fashion Council delivers the Student Competition, but the provider will be required to liaise with all parties involved and make sure that the deadlines and all activities fit with the Masterclass, Judging and Awards evening. -Coordinate a fashion show delivery at the British Library during the London Fashion Week in February 2023. Please note that the fashion show will be managed by one of more agencies chosen by a fashion designer who we will be working with. The agencies appointed by the designer will coordinate the whole production. This contract is to support the embedding of their plans at the British Library in terms of scheduling, build requirements, health and safety and communication with key internal stakeholders. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
