Rossendale Borough Council (RBC) has been successful in its Stage Two grant bid submission to the NLHF for a 5 year town centre regeneration project. The Council has secured £1.8million of grant to deliver a £2.3 million (grant, private contributions and RBC contribution) project within a designated area of the town centre - Higher Deardengate.
