We are looking to procure an energy advice service that helps Orbit's customers through the cost-of-living crisis. The successful bidder will be delivering energy advice at events, providing a telephone energy advice service, and distributing 'warm and well' packs. They will be an established provider of energy advice with a proven track record of successful projects and outcomes and any bid should demonstrate that it is focused on the needs of Orbit customers and designed to mitigate the challenges of the energy crisis.
