Centrepoint Grounds Maintenance

Centrepoint is a registered supported housing provider, a registered charity and a registered company limited by guarantee. We support over 8,400 16-25 year olds into housing and employment every year. Working directly in London, Yorkshire and the North East of England, Centrepoint also partners with other organisations across the UK. We conduct research and influence government policy with the overall aim of ending youth homelessness. Over the past 52 years, Centrepoint has worked with more than 140,000 young people, helping them turn their lives around. Centrepoint currently owns or manages c. 1000 accommodation units, including hostel bedspaces, supported flats, general needs flats and houses and office accommodation. This includes property owned by partner registered providers and managed by Centrepoint. The property portfolio has increased steadily over the past five years and Centrepoint's strategic objectives support a continued growth in this area. We are seeking a contractor to provide full grounds maintenance and gardening service across Centrepoint Services in line with agreed minimum standard. This will include all sites that have some form of External Grounds in which Centrepoint are responsible for upkeep, to ensure good practices applied in the upkeep and renewal of grounds and planting techniques. The contract will take place across 54 sites in London, Bradford, Barnsley and Sunderland.
