believe housing seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake stock improvement works to a number of properties at Hawthorn Crescent, Quarrington Hill, County Durham. Works will be inclusive of the following; o Kitchen/bathroom replacements, including all tiling, plastering, pipework, drainage, finishings, joinery works; o Cap gas cooker point and install electric cooker, as and when identified by believe o External works including rooflines, PV/battery inverter, Wall finish render/pointing o Asbestos management (to include working with qualified Specialists for licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal); o Electrical installations including partial and full rewires o Removal, Re-instatement and Re-decoration of all ceilings o Such other similar work as per client request o On completion EPC certificate Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
