Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Cleaning Services. The purpose of this procurement process is to identify a provider that is able to provide a professional cleaning service to the Trust as per the requirements listed within the specification document. The Authority has seven (7) sites, and although they all have similar requirements, the contractual relationships are similar, as are the outputs, the Authority has adopted a seven (7) lot approach for this procurement. Suppliers are able to submit a bid for whichever lots they wish and in any combination that they wish. Each submission for each lot is standalone and a full separate response is required for each lot to be compliant.
