WCC - Early Years Review

Description

Warwickshire County Council (WCC) is committed to increasing the percentage of children with a good level of development by the age of five and closing the attainment gap between the most disadvantaged children and their more advantaged peers. To achieve this outcome and support future commissioning and delivery, WCC wish to commission a single provider to undertake a review of our early years' services. This should consider the financial constraints local authorities are working within and challenges facing the early years sector. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process. Providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download documents.
