Lancaster University, Student Wellbeing Services (SWS) is seeking the services of specialist recruitment agencies to help us to recruit temporary staff to cover gaps in recruitment, staff absences and provide additional resource at peak times to help ensure resilience and manage service demand. As you may be aware we have some challenges filling a range of wellbeing-related jobs due to a lack of appropriately qualified or skilled staff in the local area looking for temporary roles. We are looking for specialist agencies able to provide suitably qualified and experienced temporary staff in one or more of the areas below: 1) Counselling and mental health (to include CBT therapists, qualified mental health practitioners and counsellors, wellbeing officers); 2)Disability advisor roles (roles able to work with our Disability Service to provide advice and guidance to disabled students and staff supporting students and develop Inclusive Learning Support Plans; please note this is not a request for NHM support workers).
