Witham Town Council CCTV Expansion

Witham Town Council intends to appoint a single supplier to supply, install and integrate a further 11 CCTV cameras into its current network of 11 cameras. This PIN is a request for information and invites suppliers to support development of the specification and to further enable Witham Town Council to understand market capability in terms of delivery options. This will also be used to alert the market to a possible future tender opportunity. Interested suppliers are invited to visit the sites of the new locations on a one to one basis to understand how the new cameras can be integrated into the current system. The site meetings are advertised openly via this PIN but are limited in number. Site meetings are to take place across the weeks commencing Monday 20th February 2023 and Monday 27th February 2023. Suppliers wishing to register attendance must do so in writing to Nikki Smith at townclerk@witham.gov.uk no later than 12 noon on 10th February 2023. The time and location of each appointment will be confirmed after the deadline of the 10th February 2023 has passed and places will be secured on a first come first serve basis. Attendance at the site meetings is optional and does not provide suppliers with an advantage in any future related procurement. Attendance also does not constitute as an intention to tender for any future related procurement. Please note the above dates may be subject to change depending on availability and supplier uptake. Witham Town Council will not reimburse suppliers for any expenses incurred as a result of participating in these engagement opportunities. It is important to note that this PIN is not a call for competition and such potential providers will need to express an interest in any future opportunity once a contract notice is published.
