The revised timetable is: * Tuesday 7 February 2023 - issue Invitation to Tender, procurement documents made available online. * Tuesday 21 February 2023 - deadline for clarification questions (10am). * Monday 13 March 2023 - deadline for return of Bids (midday). * Monday 13 March to Friday 31 March 2023 - evaluation of Bids and recommendation for the successful Bid. * Friday 31 March 2023 - completion of the Purchaser approval and award decision processes. * Week of Monday 3 April 2023 - appointment of the successful Bidder (by issuing of the award letter and terms and conditions of the contract for signature and deadline for return to the Purchaser for completion). * Week of Monday 3 April 2023 - notify successful and unsuccessful Bidders of the award decision. * Thursday 1 June 2023 - commencement of new contract.(LGA first magazine - design, image sourcing, production, print, mail, inserts and advertising) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
