This PIN relates to a Market Engagement exercise to explore, without commitment to any future tender opportunity, options for a Total Facilities Management Service. The TFM service would apply across two IPO sites. At Concept House, Newport, NP10 8QQ and at Nine Mile Point Industrial Estate, Unit 6, Cwmfelinfach, NP11 7HZ.
