Description

Warwickshire County Council invites bids for a Systems Thinking Partner to provide a partnership approach to enable the embedding of systems thinking methodology as part of a continuous improvement framework. This approach will include coaching and mentoring of our internal Systems Thinking Academy of change management leads; a collaborative end-to-end review and redesign of county council systems. Additional information: There is an aspiration spend value of £800,000, over an aggregated 4-year term (initial contract term of 2 years which may be extended by further period not exceeding 24 months, at the Council's discretion). This aspirational spend value is provided for information only and without Council commitment or obligation.
