GB-London: Early Engagement Exercise - Galleon and Tree Encampment Design & Build

Note that this not a tender process as is instead an early market engagement exercise. Following on from our soft market engagement in July '22, we are now holding a final early engagement exercise with the market before moving ahead with the procurement process for a new Galleon and Tree Encampment in the DPWMP - Kensington Gardens. We would appreciate any feedback and suggestions you are able to make on our draft brief and proposed procurement process. We would be happy to offer a slot to discuss your comments and look forward to receiving your feedback. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
