Description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for Servicing, Maintenance and Monitoring of Building Management Systems (BMS) & HVAC Controls (hereinafter "the Services") installed at the premises of; • the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire (PCC) and the Chief Constable of Cheshire (CC) • the Cheshire Fire Authority (CFA) and any successor body. The PCC is the Contracting Authority for the provision of Services acting for itself and for and on behalf of the Cheshire Fire Authority (CFA) and for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Services (CFRS). Separate contracts will be awarded for Police and Fire, invoicing will also be separate for each organisation Please note, this ITT is constructed as an online questionnaire. While there are files in the document folder, the ITT requirements are contained within the online questionnaire. You will need to work through the online ITT questionnaire and submit your response against that.
