Exeter City Council are looking to appoint a contractor to cover the requirement for Fire Risk Assessments for both residential and corporate property portfolios. This will be conducted via further competition under Fusion 21 Framework Agreement (FA) Building Safety and Compliance Lot 6 Fire Risk Assessments in line with the Public Procurement Regulations 2015 which means that all Suppliers on the supplier shortlist will be invited to submit a proposal.
