Exam Desktop Solution - Request for Information

Description

The University is undertaking a project to improve the experience of students & staff in clusters, the cluster environments and deliver robust services for colleagues. A recent review of our existing exam desktop solution (also known as eAssessment Desktop) highlighted the laborious process involved in deploying and managing the in-house built exam desktop solution to cluster PCs during exam periods, reverting to normal setup post exams and the resources required to support them. As part of this project, it has been identified that it would be beneficial to conduct soft market testing to ascertain the offerings around exam desktop solutions (with ease of deployment and support) within the market, and any key areas of development within recent years.
