Sefton Council is looking for a suitable supplier to carry out safety surfacing and play equipment and fencing installation and maintenance to play areas located at up to 30 sites across the borough of Sefton. The works must be carried out to ensure compliance with BS EN 1176 / BS EN 1177 standards for playground equipment and surfacing, and the supplier must have sound knowledge of critical fall height and surface areas for rubberised EPDM wet pour and synthetic surfacing. Installation, repair and maintenance work required will include Installation of MUGAs galvanised steel fencing and railings and playground equipment. Repair work will include the cut & fill to playground surfacing, call out to repair damaged /vandalised areas to playground surfaces and equipment at various times, lifting old perished wet pour and installing new wet pour as specified.
