Description

Accent Housing Ltd is seeking contractor / contractors to deliver Replacement Roofs and Rainwater Goods - including Fascias, Soffits, Bargeboards Gutters and Downpipes across four of the Regions in its portfolio. The opportunity will be procured as four seperate Lots with no limit being placed on how many Lots a contractor can bid for or win. The Lots have been split in to the individual regions: o Lot 1: East o Lot 2: South o Lot 3: North West o Lot 4: Yorkshire The successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these works. The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 2 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performance.
