Description

Accent Housing Ltd is seeking contractor / contractors to deliver Replacement Kitchen planned works in the East, South & Yorkshire Regions of its portfolio. The opportunity will be procured as three seperate Lots with no limit being placed on how many Lots a contractor can bid for or win. The Lots have been split in to the individual regions: o Lot 1 East o Lot 2 South o Lot 3 Yorkshire The successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works. The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 2 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performance.
