Reinforcement Detailing Works C4 - KCSL

Description

Kilnbridge have secured the HS2 Old Oak Common Station Works Packages WP13.1-Urban Realm Civils, Utilities and Earthworks and WP10.2 Ancillary Buildings. The scope requires the reinforcement detailing of numerous structural elements. Kilnbridge are looking for experience detailers to produce reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules from intent drawings for around 2000t worth of reinforcement. Typical non exhaustive list of RC elements is below: • Buildings • Retaining walls • Building foundations • Landscape walls and stairs • Canopy foundations • Attenuation tanks • Columns • Ground floor floating slabs • Roof slabs supported by structural steel • Piles Detailers are to take the existing RIBA Stage 4 "Technical Design" to RIBA Stage 5 "Construction & Manufacturing". Supplier shall be responsible for providing for construction reinforcement drawings and schedules. The supplier will need to follow defined HS2/BBVS Design, Technical Assurance, Information exchange and BIM procedures to support Kilnbridge in delivering these elements of work. Furthermore, co-ordination with Kilnbridge design team to ensure inclusion of reinforcement around embedment's and openings will be required. In situ reinforced element elements will commence construction in late Q1 2025 and continue in accordance with programme into Q4 2028. Detailing of the reinforcement elements will commence as soon as reasonably practicable.
