Anchor's main corporate telephony service was implemented in 2013, it is a physical Cisco platform owned by Anchor but hosted and fully managed by a 3rd party. This project seeks to retire our existing Cisco platform, simplify all other connection types and remove any dependencies on PSTN infrastructure by introducing a single "corporate" telephony platform based on Microsoft Teams. This project will also identify and implement a new solution for care home colleagues and residents and other sites where communal phones are used, this solution would ideally share the same Teams solution. We are aware that this has various implications so are looking for innovative and simple solutions to this nuance of our requirements. Responses to this RFI will help us to identify likely solutions and assist in shaping our future tender specification, based on our existing requirements and guidelines which are included in the main RFI documentation. Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically via: https://anchor.my.site.com/s/Welcome
