HS2 - Westgate Mechanical and Public Health Installation

Description

The Sub-subcontractor shall allow to install a complete and compliant Public Health installation to the project specifications including (but not limited to) the following: • All internal copper pipework and ensign drainage cast iron pipework shown on the 2D drawings. All Foul and wastewater drainage, cavity drainage, condenses, tank over flows and all potable and non-potable water to and from the free issued CAT 5 booster tank, this includes isolation valves and non-return valves to the approved Material Compliance MCR. • All vents and rodding points. • MCWS pipework and its Valves. (Above ground) • Installation of all sanitary assets, Electric water heaters, Water meters and scale inhibitor as per approved MCR. All hot and cold systems. • All pumped drainage pipework shown on the 2D drawings from the header to all relevant manholes. • All support systems and fixings required to support the pipework in all locations including risers, rooms, corridors, and outside areas. • All support systems and fixings required to support the pipework. Supports shall be installed to correct spacings or less, as determined by the pipework calculations. • All Unistrut, drops rods and other materials required to construct brackets and supports are required to be installed to the approved MCR. • Installation check sheets shall be completed by the Sub-subcontractor.
