CBC - Single Storey Extension and Disabled Living Adaptations at 149 Rother Crescent

Crawley Borough Council ("the Council") invites quotations for the provision of a single storey extension and disabled living adaptations at 149 Rother Crescent, Gossops Green, Crawley, RH11 8LU as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the works is scheduled to be on Monday 25 November 2024 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 13 weeks until Friday 7 March 2025. The Council is procuring this Contract following a quotation process under the Council's Procurement Code and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed within the Specification. The Council is seeking to Contract with an organisation that will deliver the works to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness.
