Early Market Engagement - Human Resources, Recruitment and Payroll Integrated Systems Solution

The Better Service Partnership (The Organisation), serving The London Borough of Richmond and The London Borough of Wandsworth is considering options in relation to current Human Resources, Recruitment and Payroll Integrated Systems currently provided by MHR. In preparation for this, it is the intention to carry out an Early Market Engagement to review the current supply market. The same information will be gathered from all providers who wish to participate. The Organisation currently uses ITrent as its core solution for HR and Payroll and uses TribePad for Recruitment. The current contractual arrangements for both these systems end in December 2027 and as a result The Organisation is gathering industry expertise, innovative solutions, and feedback that will inform the development of our requirements for a new contract. Given the level of investment required the intention of this exercise is to undertake a review of the current market offerings to support The Organisation in delivering its core HR, Recruitment and Payroll services, whilst taking a fresh approach to how these are delivered, including potential outsourcing and managed service options. The purpose of this Early Market Engagement is to gain intelligence on the supply market for our system needs, including timescales and indicative budget.
