Description

Communal Rewires, ENW Enabling works, Floor Coverings, New metal & Glass Balustrading works, decoration - To Fifteen communal areas Located in Rochdale and Middleton. The contract is for : 52 weeks. The form of tender is to be returned via the Chest portal on or before the return date and time detailed. ***NOTE: RBH tender submission and evaluation process has now changed. Please review all documents carefully and ensure that all required information is included within your submission as requested. ***NOTE: RBH payment policy has now changed. RBH will not pay any valuations earlier than 30 days. All payments will therefore be issued on or as close to as possible the final date for payment.*** ****NOTE: The successful contractor must enter into a Data Processing Agreement with RBH in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR.*** To enable RBH to answer any clarifications in a timely manner and to ensure that RBH are able to respond to all contractors please ensure that any queries are submitted no less than 3 days prior to the quotation return date. Contact must be made with Delivery Surveyor Dave Marshall via e-mail dave.marshall@rbh.org.uk to arrange an appointment to view the works on the 13th and 15th of November prior to tender return. Additional information: Please can all correspondence relating to the tender be communicated via the Chest portal, at all times throughout the tender process.
