North Hertfordshire District Council (the 'Council') own Churchgate Shopping Centre in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. The Council is re-tendering the contract for the management of the shopping centre. Extending to 33 lettings, the management will include day to day management of the leases/licences, ensuring tenant compliance of lease covenants; inspections and arranging repair and maintenance works; compliance for health and safety; rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings; together with managing the service charge. The centre is earmarked for longer term redevelopment. Further information is available in the procurement documents. For the purposes of this tender the Council offers interested suppliers an opportunity to visit the site on 14 November 2024. Interested suppliers will be required to notify the Council of their attendance before 12 noon on 12 November 2024 through the Council e- procurement portal.
