Astrum Multi Academy Trust - Caretakers Bungalow Remodelling and Refurbishment Works

SSC Partnership (an Agent) on behalf of the Astrum Multi Academy Trust is currently out to tender for the refurbishment works contract to the Caretakers bungalow. The project works will be completed in one single phase and are to consist of the following: The initial phase of the project will involve the remodelling and refurbishment of the existing Caretaker's Bungalow to create a new Senior Leadership Team training facility. External areas to be reformed to provide a new landscaped garden area. New walkways with new fencing and gates will be installed to the area to create a new access to the building, along with a car park specific for visitors to the building. Rooms are to be remodelled to create multiple offices and a training room, inclusive of all necessary small power and data adaptions. Where possible, the new building will utilise the existing floor plan of the bungalow with partitions installed to form the new office areas.
