Description

Project brief/summary ·Heating, water, power and earthing connections to District Heating Substation (Substation by others) in basement. ·Heating primary run from basement plantroom to second floor plantroom ·Heating Modifications in second floor plantroom to allow for future connection of District Heating System. ·New inverter driven primary heating pump ·Recommissioning of Variable speed heating zone pumps installation. ·Domestic Hot Water Service top-up electric heaters. ·Replacement of radiators. ·Replacement of heating only Fan Coil Units ·Replacement of AHU heating coils ·Replacement of Duct Mounted heating coils ·Replacement of 3 no pool heating plate heat exchangers ·Replace all control valves on heating emitters with PICV's or Dynamic radiator control valves (D-TRV's). ·BMS modifications to provide return temperature control, DHWS control mods, recommissioning of AHU and HB controls, control of new variable speed pumping, removal of boilers and CHP, heating zone control mods, new monitoring sensors, new control software for operation of revised heat sources. ·BMS recommissioning for energy metering - new DH metering and commissioning of existing and installation of data back-up system. ·Builders work for District Heating Entry ·Strip-out of boiler and CHP plant and associated services ·LV Panel modifications to suit removal of existing CHP ·Power supplies to new DHWS electric top-up ·Power supplies to new heating primary pumps In order to be considered for this opportunity please express an interest by emailing procurement@adur-worthing.gov.uk.
