Runnymede Borough Council (‘’the Authority’’) requires work to be undertaken to replace existing aged gas fired central heating boilers and to upgrade existing central heating systems to tenanted domestic properties within its ownership, comprising houses, flats, maisonettes and bungalows located in various roads in the Borough of Runnymede, Surrey.
