Project Information: The London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) on behalf of the West London Housing Partnership (WLHP), which also includes the Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon and Hounslow is undertaking an Invitation to Tender for the provision of West London Somewhere Safe to Stay services. Funding for the service for the period of 2022-25 is being sought through the Department of Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (DHLUC) Rough Sleeping Initiative (RSI 2022-25) and is still subject to approval. The award of this contract is strictly dependent on the successful outcome of the funding bid for this service. This procurement is subject to the Light Touch Regime (LTR) and is being procured using the open procedure covered under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Our budget for the Services has been estimated at £2,500,000 for the duration of the contract.
