Goodwill Solutions CIC are the lead organisation running the Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Work Readiness Action Programme (WRAP) in Northamptonshire. We have opportunities for new project partners to join us in delivering employability support services to the long term unemployed and those furthest from the job market in the county. In order to fulfil our current targets, we are seeking to appoint appropriately skilled partners who currently work with the following demographics: • Unemployed people or NEETs in the 16-30 age group • At least 50% of your client base are female and/or • At least 20% of your client base are BAME Participants in the project will have barriers to entering employment, training or education and need structured support in order to progress them with their goals. This project is fast approaching its final year, so we are ideally looking for organisations who have familiarity of BBO and/or other ESF funded projects so they can hit the ground running. The delivery provider will have experience of providing one-to-one employability support (staff will need Information, Advice and Guidance experience) and will need to understand how to thoroughly evidence all activities via paperwork, as stipulated by the National Lottery Community Fund, therefore strong admin resource will be an essential requirment of your tender.
