Two Framework provisions for Minor Building works and Painting and Decorating works

Description

Two frameworks are being established to provide the College with a responsive, flexible and compliant route to market for Lot 1 minor building works Lot 2 painting and decorating These will enable the College to respond to approved works requirements much faster with pre-approved suppliers and reduce the procurement burden on the framework suppliers. Tendering organisations are invited to apply for one or both Lots as required. The framework will operate for 2 years with two options to extend in annual increments. There are two known projects planned, one for each Lot, only suppliers approved to the framework will be given the opportunity to tender for these works.
