However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The London Boroughs of Croydon, Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton, Wandsworth, and Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames are working together as the South West London Sexual Health Consortium (SWLSHC) with a view to improving access to sexual health and HIV prevention and support services for high risk groups sector-wide. The service will provide a community-based support offer that is reactive to service user needs, supporting them to improve and maintain their sexual and relationship health through appropriate methods which will vary by population group. This will include outreach and support in community settings as well as making best use of digital technology. The service will complement existing clinical HIV, sexual and reproductive health services in each borough by ensuring robust referral pathways are in place and making best use of partnership opportunities.
