Consultancy Services for Modern Methods of Construction in Greater Lincolnshire

Description

The services which are being procured are for the provision of Consultancy Services for Modern Methods of Construction in Greater Lincolnshire. North Kesteven District Council, City of Lincoln Council, South Holland District Council, Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council, North East Lincolnshire Council and Lincolnshire County Council (the Local Authorities) jointly secured funding from the Local Government Association (LGA) for a solutions focused study into delivering Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in a Greater Lincolnshire context. The Contract shall be delivered utilising this funding ensuring that all the terms of the Funding Agreement are adhered to. The procurement documentation details the key activities and the requirements for the services between the Council and the Consultant. The services which are being procured as part of this procurement is for a solution focused study to be undertaken into delivering MMC within Greater Lincolnshire. The Contract shall run for an initial period of six (6) months commencing on 13th June 2022 and expiring on 30th November 2022. There will be an option for the Council to extend the Contract by a period of one (1) month up to a maximum contract period of seven (7) months.
