Description

LLAOL currently operates 13 Rockwell Collins Automatic Bag drop machines in the check-in area and 10 automatic injection points. Works are ongoing to plan for an develop a fully automated check-in process over the next 10 years. To support current challenges and the summer peak LLAOL are seeking a supplier who can supply and install or lease a minimum of 2 ABD machines to a maximum of 5 ABD machines. These machines can be standalone and operate as bag tag machines or complete the full check-in process and link in with automatic injection. This is an interim solution and is being implemented to support the 2022 summer peak, thereafter ongoing until the fully automated system is implemented in 5 years time. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. After expressing interest and reviewing any tender documents, in order to progress you will also be asked whether or not you wish to Opt In or Opt Out of the process and click the appropriate button. Doing so will indicate to the buyers your intention to either make a submission or not and allow you to progress. Once you have opted in, you will be able to submit a response and use the Correspondence facility to ask any tender related questions.
