Description

The implementation of a hosted service that will enable Leeds Trinity University to create, host, deliver, quality assure and monitor Continuing Professional Development. Contract Duration: 1. The contract will be effective immediately upon award. 2. The solution will be operationally 'business as usual' before 31st March 2023 3. The contract duration will be based upon the anniversary of point 2 (above) and shall be in effect for four years. 4. The university reserves the right to extend the contract for any period up to a maximum of two additional years. Basis of Price: 1. The tendered Contract Price is to be a fixed contract sum inclusive of all costs, delivered to the address(es) specified in the tender documents. 2. The prices must be quoted in Pounds Sterling and should exclude VAT where applicable. 3.
