WCC - Learning Outside the Classroom, Educational Visits Advice and Reporting Service for all: Warwickshire County Council Maintained Schools

Description

Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking a single provider to deliver a Learning Outside the Classroom, Educational Visits Advice and Reporting Service for schools and other educational establishments that are maintained by the Council e.g. where the Council is the employer. The service provider will work in collaboration with the Council and its schools/education settings (customers) to ensure that the Council meets its statutory duties, so that visit planning and execution is undertaken within the framework of legislation and accepted national best practice. The service provider will provide advice, guidance and support on all aspects of educational trips, offsite activities, visits, outdoor education and activities that take place away from the customer's premises, including a reporting service for schools/education settings to report planned activities for Quality Assurance against national policies. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
