The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust ("The Authority") is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") a Restricted procurement exercise for the provision of Taxi & Private Hire Services for Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Leeds City Council.
