Please note this is a Prior Information Notice and the tender documentation is not available yet. ESPO is seeking to establish a framework on behalf of Leicestershire Traded Services; a trading arm of Leicestershire County Council for the supply and distribution of fresh fruit, vegetables and produce. Leicestershire Traded Services currently operate catering services predominantly across Leicestershire but also service sites within Bedfordshire, Birmingham, Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. The purpose of this notice is to understand interest in this opportunity and seek feedback from the supply market that will inform the final procurement approach taken by ESPO. The contract has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
