Description

The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to undertake internal strip outworks, structural alterations and refurbishment works to convert Maxwell Building Third-Floor Rooms 342, 342C,342B, 342A, 346, 347, 348, 349 and 350, and Circulation Spaces 304 and 308, into 6nr clinical treatment roomswith a reception area, large waiting area and 2 circulation areas. The works are to be carried out in 2 phases. Phase 1 of the works will commence on 27/06/22 and comprise creating 6nr clinics and an entrance area. Phase of the 2 works will commence on 15/08/22 and comprise of thereconfiguration of the waiting area and the reception area.
