The Council would like to undertake a series of sensitive repairs works to ensure the existing Grade II listed Sommerfeld and Thomas Warehouse remains secure and weathertight, alongside the demolition of the existing steel portal frame and associated concrete structures and the removal of existing asbestos elements. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
