City of Wolverhampton College Supplier Brief Background of the Requirement The City of Wolverhampton College is seeking a Mitel accredited supplier to provide a Hardware Support Service for three Mitel 3300 MXe controllers. The controllers are located across the College's three main campuses in Wolverhampton: Paget Road Campus, WV6 0DU Wellington Road Campus, WV14 6BT Metro One Campus, WV1 3AH The maintenance contract is to be let for 1 year start date 1 June 2022. Suppliers are asked to provide details of their Mitel accreditations. Suppliers are asked to provide two proposals for consideration based on two levels of support: 1. 8 x 5 x 4 4 hour Fix - Engineer to arrive onsite with parts and to restore the service within 4 business hours of the call being logged. 2. 8 x 5 x NBD Fix - Engineer to arrive onsite with parts and to restore the service before the end of the next business day (NBD) after the call being logged Please insert a one year price into the pricing schedule on each line. Suppliers are also asked to provide details of the current resolution statistics and achievement rates against SLA.
