GB-Great Yarmouth: Architects for the first phase of the Great Yarmouth Incubator Project

Description

The purpose of this project is the design and construction of the first phase of three phases. The first phase requires to be completed by 31 March 2025. The design for the first phase should anticipate two further phases of the project, which is dependent upon future funding streams. The commission for this first phase will be up to RIBA Stage 6, awarded in stages. The commission may be extended to future project phases but this will be subject to funding and phase I performance. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
