Governance Professionals Development Programme

Description

Building on the current GPDP programme, the ETF seeks to develop its support further, taking into account current teaching, learning and assessment approaches, research into effective learning and CPD. The successful tenderer will be expected to review existing materials (revising if necessary) before these same principles are applied to the design of the new training material, as well as resources. All current GPDP modules will be made available to the successful tenderer. We would like tenderers to propose how they would design sector-focussed, learning and training that supports governance professionals across different college settings. We are open to new ideas around delivery, course content and pedagogical approaches and expect tenderers to submit responses that are both evidence and research-led.
