The provision of a new Driver and Vehicle Agency Test Centre and infrastructure at Mallusk. The Test Centre will be designed to current standards and include vehicle test lanes, a 2-storey administration area and site works including internal roads, car parking and test tracks. A minimum of 10 percent of the overall score at award stage will be based on suppliers’ social value delivery proposals and score.
