Security and Concierge Services for Supported Accommodation Schemes 2024-2026

Description

Cardiff Council has a requirement for concierge style security contractors within the temporary supported accommodation units. It is proposed to offer this tender opportunity through an open procedure as a Framework Agreement and the Council is to appoint a single contractor that possess a valid Security Industry Authority licence/membership for all staff for the duration of the agreement. There will be eight Single Person Accommodation sites, three Managed Properties sites and two Family Accommodation sites that will be covered by this agreement. However, it must be noted, that throughout the duration of the framework arrangement’s locations may be added or removed subject to demand and need for security services.
