LINCOLNSHIRE HOUSING PARTNERSHIP - BUILDING REPAIR WORKS CONTRACT (BOSTON AREA)

Description

Building repair works to properties owned and managed by the Employer within the wider Boston and Southern Lincolnshire LHP intends to appoint up to 6 contractors to complete these works and the contractors will be distributed works at the sole discretion of LHP. This contract will apply for repairs works that are generally over £1000 and in which case LHP will approach one of the subcontractors awarded. LHP will raise an order based on the estimated Daywork that the LHP representative deems appropriate (e.g. plasterer 8 hours) + it will be for the subcontractor to bill based on that dayworks allocation plus materials (inc % adjustment) plus plant (inc % adjustment).
