University of Nottingham Prior Information Notice (PIN) – Request for InformationAutomatic Number Plate Recognition and Car Parking ServicesProject SummaryThe University of Nottingham has released this PIN as a Request for Information. The objective of this PIN is to seek information and views from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers to establish a contract for the provision of the supply of a car parking permit and enforcement management solution, visitor management system, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), including the collection of parking charge notices (PCN), data analysis to determine potential charging mechanisms & security tool to assist crime prevention.The University also requires a needs-based permit management system which will integrate with enforcement processes. The University has a failing permit management system developed in-house that currently integrates with internal systems (HR, Student records, Payroll & password authentication).
